As wedding hair and makeup artists, our clients constantly ask us how to pick the “right” hair and makeup for the wedding. Usually, they’ll have a Pinterest board (or five) dedicated to their wedding day look. But it’s often hard to tell if what looks good on Pinterest will look good on you!

The Luna Wedding Preview is an opportunity to test your hair and makeup for the wedding! This way, you know exactly what to expect on your wedding day. No second-guessing and no surprises!
The Luna Wedding Preview is reserved exclusively for our celebrants and includes:
Long-wearing makeup applications with complementary lash extensions
Long-lasting hair styling
Extensions application, pinning/securing of veil, hairpins, flowers, etc. (We include whatever you want to include in your wedding day look in your preview!)
We recommend the Luna Wedding Preview to all of our celebrants, no matter how confident you are in your hair and makeup choices. The preview is the best way to 1) get to know us, your hair and makeup artists! 2) Smooth out any details for the morning of your wedding, and 3) alleviate any nerves about your hair and makeup for the wedding!
Ultimately, our goal is to help you feel beautiful and confident on your wedding day. The preview is the first step towards making that happen!
How to Prepare for Your Luna Wedding Preview
On the day of your Luna Wedding Preview, arrive at our studio with completely dry hair, a clean face with no makeup, and SPF under 35.
What to bring:
Veil
Earrings
Hair extensions (if applicable)
Hair accessories (hairpiece, clips, etc)
Any other accessories you’re thinking of wearing on your wedding day!
Inspiration photos
This is the time to show off those Pinterest boards we know you’ve been building! Show us photos of hair and makeup inspiration, but remember that the style may vary based on your skin tone and hair type.
We also recommend that you wear white - or whatever color your wedding attire will be - to your preview. This will give you the most realistic picture of your hair and makeup for the wedding day.
Schedule your Luna Wedding Preview no later than three to four months before your wedding day. This will give us plenty of time to get to know each other, chat about your wedding, and find a wedding hair and makeup look that makes you feel like the beauty that you are!
